Dr. Mantosh Kumar completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Chandra Dental College & Hospital Lucknow Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, under the affiliation of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Awadh University, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh, in the year 2011. He pursued various medical and dental courses from institutions such as Nalanda Open University in Patna, JP University in Bihar, and more.

In 2011, he founded Hind Daat Aspatal on Ashok Rajpath, in close proximity to Patna Medical College & Hospital, Patna. This dental facility has achieved significant success in the field of Dentistry and has established branches throughout Bihar. Dr. Mantosh Kumar is an active member of the Indian Dental Association's Patna Magadh Branch, Bihar. He is also a lifelong member of the Red Cross Society in Patna, actively participating in various programs organized by the Red Cross Society's Gandhi Maidan Branch in Patna, including medical and nursing health checkup initiatives across Bihar.
